OVA
Description
Sawawa Hiyorimi is the older sister of Hiro Hiyorimi. After their parents died, she and Hiro lived separately with different relatives. She eventually secured employment as a live-in maid and invited Hiro to join her at the mansion in Sasanaki City, reuniting them.

She serves as a maid for Hime, a royal from the Monster Realm. Hime highly regards Sawawa's cooking, considering it the best. Sawawa consistently addresses Hime respectfully as "Oujo-Sama." Despite frequent supernatural events at the mansion involving monsters, assassins, and Hime's family's true nature, Sawawa remains completely oblivious. This extends to Hiro's half-immortal status; she accepts his explanations for injuries or strange events without suspecting supernatural causes, which conveniently prevents difficult questions about Hiro's dangerous life.

Sawawa exhibits a consistently cheerful, kind, and easygoing personality. She maintains a positive outlook and accepts people without judgment, such as allowing Riza Wildman to freeload at the mansion or courteously inviting strangers like vampires inside. She diligently performs her maid duties, including cleaning, shopping, and managing expenses. Her care for Hiro manifests through reminders to behave properly and avoid trouble. However, she displays moments of childishness, particularly a near-obsessive enjoyment of strawberry parfaits consumed frequently at the Dandy Café. This creates a recurring comedic situation: when Hiro sustains a life-threatening injury, she experiences a brief jolt of shock while eating, only to immediately dismiss it upon noticing something mundane like a new menu item, then calmly resumes her meal.

Her appearance features long hair, depicted as brown in the anime and purple in the manga and OVA. She always wears a traditional maid uniform: a black dress, white apron, red bow tie, thigh-high socks, and a white maid hat. Her large bust size becomes a subject of humorous comparison in the third OVA during a hot springs scene with Sylvia von Phoenix.

Sawawa forms key relationships. She shares a close bond with her brother Hiro, whom she supports despite his frequent danger. Her interactions with Hime are marked by respectful service. The owner of the Dandy Café develops romantic feelings for her, but Sawawa remains entirely unaware, often misinterpreting his advances or falling asleep during conversations.

In an alternate timeline depicted in the manga, Sawawa dies during a bomb explosion that transports Hime nine years into the future.
