Bippa begins as a human child who becomes a Piplup upon entering a world populated solely by Pokémon. This transformation erases all memories of their previous human life and identity.

Bippa partners with a Chimchar, founding the exploration team Pokédans. Their core mission is to investigate disturbances in time's flow across different regions. These disturbances appear as unstable Mystery Dungeons and heightened aggression among local Pokémon.

During their investigation, Bippa and Chimchar encounter Grovyle, initially believed to be a thief responsible for stealing vital Time Gears. They discover Grovyle removed the Time Gears to protect them, transporting them to Temporal Tower. The tower, essential for temporal stability, is deteriorating.

Bippa, Chimchar, and Grovyle unite for a critical mission to the Lost Continent. Their goal is to return the Time Gears to Temporal Tower to halt its collapse. Failure would freeze time worldwide. On this journey, they confront Dark Dialga, a corrupted entity whose instability fuels the tower's decay. Resolving this conflict is necessary to restore temporal balance.

Bippa's journey focuses on adapting to existence as a Pokémon, forging cooperative bonds, and evolving from confusion about their origins to undertaking purposeful, world-saving actions.
