Tsutomu Densaka is a Japanese male voice actor born on April 16th in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce. Standing 169 cm tall, his blood type is B. He began his voice acting career in 2005, with one of his earliest roles being a shopkeeper in the anime series Today in Class 5-2.

Densaka has built a career characterized by numerous supporting roles across a wide variety of anime television series. His early work included appearances in major productions such as Mobile Suit Gundam 00, Hayate the Combat Butler, and Baccano! in 2007. The following year, he continued to gain experience with roles in popular series like Black Butler, Naruto: Shippuden, and Bleach. He has also been a consistent presence in the long-running series Gintama and Case Closed, known in Japan as Meitantei Conan.

In 2009, Densaka voiced the character Yoshimichi Okudaira in the anime adaptation of the manga Sweet Blue Flowers, also known as Aoi Hana. That same year, he was part of the cast for the special Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Toki to Yami o Meguru Saigo no Bōken, where he provided the voice for the character Bippa. His film work includes a role in the 2009 movie Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva.

Throughout his career, Densaka has frequently collaborated with a consistent group of fellow voice actors. His most frequent collaborations include over ten projects each with Sakaguchi Daisuke, Kawasumi Ayako, and Miki Shinichiro. He is also known to have a hobby of writing screenplays.
