Donny Bogdan is the main antagonist and villainous protagonist of Kangoku Senkan. Four years before the primary events, he took part in an assassination operation targeting Lieri Bishop's father. Lieri Bishop and Naomi Evans thwarted this mission, captured Donny, but dismissed him as insignificant and released him instead of processing his arrest. Donny perceived this act as a profound humiliation, fueling an obsessive grudge.

As the leader of the criminal group Neo Terrors, Donny commands a space battleship. When Lieri Bishop, now a New Solar Commander, and her aide Naomi Evans board his vessel intending to report Neo Terrors' crimes to the Universal Federation, he enacts his revenge. Consumed by lingering resentment, he orchestrates their capture and subjects them to an advanced brainwashing process.

His method implants split personalities within the women, triggered by specific light conditions, particularly blue light, aboard the ship. During these periods, their dominant personalities become submissive, masochistic, and sexually compliant, enabling Donny and his crew to repeatedly assault them. Memory manipulation ensures their original personalities remain unaware of these violations.

A critical development occurs when he confronts the brainwashed women during a brief resurgence of their original personalities. After taunting them and declaring their original selves obsolete parasites, he discovers they possess no memory of him or their initial encounter, rendering him an unknown rival. This revelation provokes intense rage, leading him to permanently suppress their original personalities using specialized devices, ensuring their submissive personas dominate eternally.

Following this victory, he engages in sexual acts with the permanently altered Lieri and Naomi, who wear revealing maid attire. A post-credits scene reveals his expanded ambition to marry one of the women as a step toward seizing control of their agency and ultimately dominating the world, with his ship heading toward Earth.

Personality-wise, he displays extreme cruelty, sadism, and vengefulness, particularly toward his targets. He demonstrates leadership over his crew, technological expertise in brainwashing, and strategic cunning. Flashbacks reveal underlying cowardice and pettiness, evidenced by his pleading for mercy during his initial capture years earlier. He maintains a deceptive facade of loyalty and respect toward Lieri and Naomi when interacting with their original personalities. Physically, he is portrayed as approximately thirty years old, somewhat chubby, and typically wears a special police department uniform.
