Haruto Mikawa is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent management firm Ken Productions. He was born on December 4, 1971, in Gunma Prefecture. His real name is Katsuhiro Harasawa, and he is also known by the stage name Kouki Harasawa. He stands 186 centimeters tall and weighs approximately 70 kilograms.

Mikawa's voice acting career includes a variety of roles in anime and original video animations (OVAs). He is known for his work in the series Kangoku Senkan, where he provided the voice for the character Donny Bogdan. In the 2006 television series Destined for Love, he voiced the character Shougo Fujimi. He also played the role of Masaya Suda in the 2009 series Dream Note.
