TV-Series
Description
Kiriwar operates as an Executioner under Arbitro, enforcing the rules of Igura within Toshima. He patrols the streets with his partner, Gunji, eliminating rule violators and disposing of corpses. Though tasked with upholding order, Kiriwar and Gunji frequently kill participants arbitrarily for amusement, acting above the very rules they enforce.

He exhibits a sadistic and leisurely nature, taking distinct pleasure in inflicting pain and hearing victims' screams, often pursuing targets with relentless vigor. Outside of violence, he displays laziness, neglecting responsibilities and delegating tasks to Gunji. His speech is notably slow. He uses feminizing nicknames, referring to Akira as "little lady" or "Princess," and mocking Arbitro as "His Royal Highness the Prince" or "Mama Bitro."

Physically, Kiriwar stands 200 cm tall with tan skin, short black hair, and a horizontal scar across his forehead. He wears a long green coat with white fur trim, a camouflage shirt, black jeans, combat boots, fingerless gloves, and orange goggles typically worn around his neck. He always carries his heavy metal pipe, "Mitsuko."

In combat, Kiriwar demonstrates exceptional strength and speed, allowing him to overpower enhanced Line-addicts despite his large frame and heavy weapon. He moves with surprising agility during pursuits, swiftly cornering fleeing suspects or engaging in violent confrontations.

His relationships are marked by casual cruelty and transactional interactions. He shares a "mostly friendly" partnership with Gunji, though they bicker frequently; Kiriwar once struck Gunji with his pipe during an argument. He treats Kau, Arbitro’s mutilated human "dog," with condescension, roughly patting his head while ordering him to sniff tags. He openly mocks Arbitro despite being under his command, reflecting a lack of genuine loyalty.

Key actions include patrols and inspections in Toshima, where he violently apprehends suspects. During one inspection, he identifies Akira’s irregular tags by sniffing his neckline but leaves after Gunji intervenes. In chase sequences, he corners Takeru and Akira, influencing branching story outcomes; in his route-specific ending, he captures Akira in a dead-end alley, toying with the idea of prolonged torture rather than immediate killing.

In other routes, Kiriwar delivers a defeated fighter to Arbitro’s Palace for "artistic" mutilation and participates in confrontations there. He clashes with Shiki, mockingly labeling him a "pedigree purebred," and later restrains Akira during Shiki’s battle with Nano. His fate varies: he survives in some scenarios but dies in Shiki’s bad endings when attempting to protect Arbitro from Shiki’s attacks.

No concrete information exists regarding Kiriwar’s background or development beyond his role in Igura. His origins, motivations, and any personal evolution remain unexplored.
