Nemus acts as Guardian Bakugan to Baron Leltoy in the Bakugan Battle Brawlers Resistance. His design evokes an ancient Egyptian king, featuring towering stature, massive blade-like gold wings, protective wrist guards that deflect enemy attacks, and a cane firing destructive beams of light. He first appears in his base form, evolving into Mega Nemus before the events of Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia. During the Vestal invasion of New Vestroia, Nemus battles the Vexos early on. He fights alongside Blade Tigrerra against Spectra Phantom's Viper Helios in one encounter. Despite using defensive abilities like Skid Roa, Baron's overreliance on defense and Spectra's Burst Core nullification lead to their defeat; Tigrerra is captured shielding Nemus from Helios's General Quasar. Nemus later battles Shadow Prove, where Baron displays initial cowardice. Nemus motivates Baron to overcome his fear, enabling them to free three captive Bakugan. Additional fights include an inconclusive match against Neo Dragonoid interrupted by Mira Fermin and a training battle alongside Elfin against Drago. Nemus undergoes significant evolution during Six Degrees of Destruction, receiving Lars Lion's Haos Attribute Energy to transform into Saint Nemus. This form displays distinct changes: rounder armor, blade wings with an added middle layer, and spinning leg wheels enabling attribute shifts. These wheels show Darkus and Ventus symbols, allowing Saint Nemus to change attributes in battle. His Darkus form shifts to a black and purple color scheme with silver, spiked circles on his back. As Saint Nemus, he engages in critical battles. He faces Hydron's Subterra Dryoid in Revenge of the Vexos, losing despite assistance from Baron's Bakugan Trap Piercian, resulting in the Haos Attribute Energy being taken. Team victories include defeating Boriates alongside Master Ingram, Shadow Wing, Hylash, and Piercian in Samurai Showdown. Subsequent confrontations at the Vexos Motherpalace pair him with Master Ingram against Macubass and Boriates. They suffer defeat in both rounds due to environmental traps and unfair Vexos tactics, losing the Ventus Attribute Energy. He later loses to an Aranaut clone in Bakugan Interspace during Phantom Data Attack, even when employing his strongest abilities. Saint Nemus contributes to group efforts in later conflicts. He encourages Drago alongside other evolved Resistance Bakugan during Spectra's resurgence in Spectra's Last Stand. In All for One, he joins collective Resistance forces against Farbros. His involvement culminates in Final Fury, collaboratively destroying Farbros with Master Ingram, Helix Dragonoid, and Knight Percival. His documented abilities include G-Power manipulation techniques. As Nemus, he uses cards: Raven Lore (transferring 100 Gs), Spark Roa (transferring 300 Gs), Corona Hole (subtracting 300 Gs), Bolting Arrow (halving opponent power), and Ancient Glow (transferring 200 Gs). Fusion abilities include Flow Skylight, switching G-Power under specific conditions. Video game abilities feature Burning Light (fast beam), White Flurry (combo attack), Light Shield (deflective shield), and Light Arrow (laser attack). As Saint Nemus, ability cards expand to: Borehole Reflection (nullification), Float Shield (ability prevention), attribute-specific boosts Haos Force (adding 300 Gs) or Darkus Sky (adding 200 Gs), Night Stunworks (adding 300 Gs), Elemental Roar (subtracting 200 Gs), Sparkly Arrow (transferring 400 Gs), Pyramid Shield (transferring 200 Gs), Bakugan Multiplier (transferring 300 Gs), Divine Light (revival), and Saint Sky High (ally G-Power increase). Trivia notes indicate Saint Nemus was the only evolved Resistance Bakugan never considered for toy production, unlike counterparts released in Japan or with prototypes. He was the first non-Aquos Bakugan capable of changing attributes at will. The English dub omitted his evolved prefix "Saint", referring to him simply as "evolved" Nemus. Physical game data shows his Japanese Ventus version measured 540 Gs, while his Haos version registered 500 Gs.
