Description
Shooting Star Kiriga emerges as a high-ranking Guild operative under Miroku’s command, executing missions with detached precision, treating conflict as duty rather than passion. His dragon ally, Ian, evolves through stages—Drian, Star Drian, Meteodrian, Ultimate-Drian—to aid their battles. A cryptic symbol pulses near his heart, mirroring protagonist Rei’s mark, while amnesia shrouds his life before the Guild.

Fragmented memories surface during clashes with foes like Rukinos, unveiling a past where he sailed the Treasure Ship alongside Rei and Miroku, bound by camaraderie. A selfless act to save Rei erased both their memories, a void slowly filled through combat and confrontation. Defeating Dulfer shatters the amnesia, driving Kiriga to sever Guild ties and carve his own path.

Three battle forms—blue, white, red—channel his strategic versatility, augmented by Ultimate cards: Castle-Golem, Grand-Woden, Odin, Sagitto-Apollodragon. His rivalry with Rei shifts from calculated competition to charged duels where Ultimates are wagered. A white-card gambit during a pivotal rematch fractures their adversarial dynamic, forging uneasy mutual respect.

Poisoned by Nakes of the Reverse Zodiac Braves, Kiriga defies treatment to fight on, later uniting with former allies against interdimensional incursions. His journey spirals from Guild enforcer to lone sentinel, fueled by reclaimed memories and purpose. Bonds with Rei, Miroku, Fairy, and Samantha thread themes of loyalty and redemption into his arc, anchoring him as a linchpin in the galaxy’s fate.
