Description
Liskarm, a Vouivre affiliated with the Vouivre Alliance, serves in Blacksteel Worldwide's B.P.R.S. unit and operates under contract with Rhodes Island, specializing in security and defense. She wields a unique Flash Shield, channeling Originium Arts to emit blinding light and paralyzing electrical discharges, alongside a handgun and a spear that generates lightning attacks.
Her driving ambition is to establish her own mercenary force to bring peace to her war-torn homeland, shaping her pragmatic yet resolute approach to missions. She frequently partners with her Blacksteel colleague, Franka.
In combat, Liskarm functions as a Defender capable of blocking up to three enemies simultaneously. Unlike typical Defenders, she possesses extended attack range, enabling her to strike beyond adjacent tiles. Her attacks prioritize aerial targets, offering strategic flexibility, such as deploying behind other melee Operators while maintaining offensive pressure. This compensates for her relatively shorter range compared to dedicated Snipers.
Her Tactical Defense talent, unlocked at Elite 1, restores 1 Skill Point to herself and a random ally within the four surrounding grids whenever she is attacked. This accelerates skill activation for herself and nearby allies, offsetting her moderate attack power. Reaching Elite 2 grants her the Thunder Resistance talent, providing +10 Arts Resistance.
Liskarm's skills include the auto-recovery "Charged Defense," which blocks the next incoming attack and boosts her DEF by 40%-100% for 8 seconds, scaling with skill level. Her manually activated "Counter Arc" skill increases her ATK by 85%-200%, alters her attacks to deal Arts damage to multiple enemies (up to three, or four at maximum skill level), and introduces a 10%-25% chance to stun targets for 1 second. This skill slows her attack interval during its 20-second duration and stuns her for 5 seconds upon ending.
Narrative appearances place Liskarm in Episodes 02, 03, 04, and 09 of the main story, the side story "Operation Originium Dust," the vignette "Operational Intelligence" ("Sniper Training"), and the official manhua "Rhodes Island's Records of Originium - Blacksteel."
