Description
Belu-Be Rilu-Elu serves as a Bilusaludo major and military instructor aboard the interstellar emigration vessel *Aratrum*. Operating under United Earth forces command of Halu-elu Dolu-do, he participates in the mission to reclaim Earth from Godzilla. Deploying to the Tanzawa Forest area in Japan via Landing Ship, he remains at camp during reconnaissance. When Servum attack the camp, inflicting heavy casualties and damaging equipment, he assists in defense alongside Eliott Leland. After Godzilla assaults their position, destroying their Landing Ship and killing Leland, he follows Haruo Sakaki's revised strategy.
Tasked with leading a fleet of Hover Bikes to lure Godzilla into Tanzawa Pass, he coordinates attacks despite fuel and ammunition shortages. He maintains the assault after Servum attack the fleet and Adam Bindewald peels off for a bombing run. Following Godzilla's temporary defeat, he examines the creature's remains with Mulu-elu Galu-gu, noting its bizarre physiology. The emergence of the original, larger Godzilla forces a retreat; his fate becomes unclear after the creature decimates the escaping forces.
Later, he survives alongside Adam Bindewald and Yuko Tani. They encounter an indigenous female before being taken in by the Houtua tribe. Reunited with Galu-gu, they discover nanometal arrowheads, a revelation reported to Haruo. Reaching Mechagodzilla City, he expresses excitement at the Bilusaludo technological remnants and helps reactivate dormant systems, including Mechagodzilla and nanometalized remains. He discloses that a nearby gouge marks where Godzilla destroyed the original facility, killing 730 Bilusaludo personnel.
During Vulture mech development, he advocates for full mechanization to enhance efficiency and champions nanometal assimilation as an honor to the Bilusaludo collective. When human pilots decline to operate the Vultures, he volunteers for manual piloting against Godzilla. After Godzilla is harpooned, he supports Galu-gu's decision to forcibly assimilate Haruo and Yuko with nanometal, arguing Haruo's hatred of Godzilla justifies it. When Haruo rejects assimilation and confronts Galu-gu, he attempts to intercept Haruo by divebombing in his Vulture. He fails to prevent Galu-gu's death, and the subsequent destruction of the nanometal network causes his own death due to his technological integration. His final scream is later heard during a playback of Mechagodzilla City's destruction.
Physically, he possesses distinct purple eyes and quill-like growths on his cheeks, differentiating him from other Bilusaludo.
