Quentin Minon is a Belgian actor whose work spans theater, film, and voice acting. He trained at the Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles in Brussels and the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático (RESAD) in Madrid. Since 2011, he has performed in numerous productions across major theaters in Belgium.

In addition to his stage work, Minon is regularly featured as a voice actor in French-language dubs for various animated projects, films, and television series. He has built a significant body of work in the dubbing of anime, providing voices for a range of characters. In the One Piece franchise, he is the voice of Hawkins in the film One Piece Stampede and also voices a character named Charlotte Slurp in One Piece Film Red. His roles in the Godzilla anime film trilogy include Belu-Be Rilu-Elu in Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters and Rilu-Elu Belu-Be in Godzilla: City on the Edge of Battle.

Minon has a particularly extensive presence in the French dub of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, where he voices multiple characters across the series and its original video animations. His roles in this franchise include Kakushin, Riguru, and Tamura.
