Konomi Akiyama is a teenage girl with pink shoulder-length hair and orange eyes. She is the younger sister of Miho Akiyama. Initially unaware of supernatural body-swapping events, Konomi becomes confused when she observes Miho acting unusually intimate with Yukino. Confronting her sister, Konomi instead encounters Hikaru, who now inhabits Miho's body. Exploiting Konomi's trust in her sister, Hikaru pressures her into intimacy.
