Hitomi Oikawa is a Japanese voice actress born on November 10, 1958, who began her career in 1983. She is recognized as a pioneering figure in the genre of adult animation voice acting. Oikawa is affiliated with the talent agency Aslead Company.

Oikawa's career spans a wide range of roles in television anime, original video animations (OVA), and video games. One of her most notable and representative roles is Katri in the 1984 television anime series Katri, the Cow Girl.
