Minidora is a miniature, functional robotic variant of Doraemon, defined by his exclusive language system and compact size. He originates from a 22nd-century department store, ordered by Nobita Nobi in 1989 but mistakenly delivered to Nobita's future son, Nobisuke, in 2011 due to Nobita's illegible handwriting. Physically resembling a smaller Doraemon, Minidora's primary function is producing scaled-down gadgets from his pocket. Retrieving a gadget requires feeding him one dorayaki. His behavior is playful and occasionally stubborn; he clings persistently to characters like Yasashiku Gouda and reacts irritably when called a "raccoon," striking the offender. Key gadgets he deploys include a miniature Anywhere Door for instant transport, a Mini-Thunder Cloud to provoke others, a Labyrinth Globe that transforms environments into complex mazes, a Solar Yacht for aerial escapes operable in low light, and a flower-shaped Small Light flashlight that shrinks objects or individuals. His accidental acquisition by Yasashiku, Nobisuke, and Suneki Honekawa leads them to use his gadgets for pranks and adventures, such as evading Dorami when she attempts retrieval. They employ the Labyrinth Globe to trap Dorami and use the Small Light to shrink themselves for boarding the Solar Yacht. Minidora's presence is documented solely within this specific short film narrative.
