Ippon, a tiger cowboy, once worked at Charmy ranch before drifting away from Milky Town. By chance, he returns after his travels and uncovers a sinister transformation: animals are turning into unmotivated cats after consuming milk from the Milking company. This change is part of Milking the cat's evil plan to seize control of the world. Recognizing the threat to Milky Town, Ippon takes action. He joins forces with friends to counter the tainted milk's effects and dismantle Milking's scheme.
