Milking is a cat character who conceived a sinister scheme for global domination. This plan utilized milk produced by the company Milking, which was distributed throughout Milky Town. Any animal that consumed this milk would gradually transform into a cat and be stripped of all motivation, a process intended to enable worldwide control.

The plot was uncovered by chance when Ippon, a tiger cowboy and former worker of the Charmy ranch, returned to Milky Town from his travels. Recognizing the truth behind the transformations, he collaborated with allies to thwart the scheme and rescue the town.
