Mitsuhide Kuroda attends Seiken vocational school, hailing from a wealthy educational background. His calm, restrained nature coexists with deep compassion, exemplified when he tenderly cared for a fatally injured dog and prayed for its peaceful rest. This gentleness stems from a disciplined commitment to non-violence, forged by a traumatic past event. Years ago, during a martial arts tournament final against close friend Masakazu Naruse, Mitsuhide's roundhouse kick struck Masakazu's neck. Though Masakazu initially won the match, he later collapsed and died from a brain hemorrhage. Haunted by guilt, Mitsuhide swore off fighting and regularly visits Masakazu's grave to mourn and reaffirm his vow.

Despite his pacifism, Mitsuhide masters the formidable Nadashinyou-ryuu martial art. His physical prowess surfaced when he destroyed a truck barehanded in under five minutes after its driver killed a dog. His combat techniques include the precise unconsciousness-inducing Hashin Shou and the agile Mid-Air Four-Kick.

Mitsuhide's resolve was tested by Kiichi Miyazawa's aggressive duel challenges. He refused until Kiichi provoked him by referencing Masakazu's death. During their battle, Mitsuhide's suppressed rage erupted into a ferocious "Ashura" state, nearly killing Kiichi until a heart-stopping technique subdued him. This confrontation forged mutual respect and friendship. Mitsuhide later supported Kiichi's training—rescuing him from drowning during waterfall exercises and volunteering as a human punching bag to refine techniques. He also attended Kiichi's match against Gouji Kanou, providing analytical commentary before departing with a supportive smile. Mitsuhide is romantically involved with Takako Kawashima, who voices concern about his potential return to lethal combat.

Physically tall and muscular with long, dark curly hair reaching his neck, Mitsuhide typically wears a biker ensemble: a white tank top under a black jacket, brown leather gloves, blue jeans, and black boots.
