Description
Oliver Lenheim serves as the alias for Olivert Reise Arnor, the first-born yet illegitimate son of Emperor Eugent III and a commoner mother, excluding him from the Erebonian imperial succession. This status grants him freedom from royal duties. Accompanied frequently by his aide and bodyguard, Mueller Vander, he travels to the Liberl Kingdom posing as a wandering Erebonia musician.

As Olivier Lenheim, he displays proficiency with instruments like the piano and lute, coupled with an eccentric, flamboyant personality marked by unpredictable behavior, theatrical speech, and overt flirtation. This carefree facade masks sharp observational skills, evident when he deduces the backgrounds of Estelle and Joshua Bright upon meeting them. His initial reasons for visiting Liberl remain concealed, later revealed as an effort to contact Cassius Bright strategically.

Beneath the frivolous exterior lies significant political acumen and strategic foresight. Returning to Erebonia, he adopts a public role as chairman of the Thors Military Academy's board of directors. Collaborating with Principal Vandyck, he creates the experimental Class VII, integrating noble and commoner students to bridge societal divisions and counteract rising tensions between the Noble Alliance and Imperial Reformist Faction. He further commissions the airship Courageous through industrial collaboration, intending it as a neutral third force during the brewing conflict.

His political actions define him as an opponent of Chancellor Giliath Osborne's expansionist policies and military authoritarianism. After the Erebonian civil war, Osborne consolidates power, annexing Crossbell and North Ambria while diminishing imperial family and noble influence. Olivert's authority weakens significantly, especially following the Vander family's dismissal from imperial guard duties. Despite setbacks, he continues resistance through personal networks across Zemuria. After Thors Main Campus militarizes, he establishes the Thors Branch Campus in Leeves as a final act of defiance.

In combat, he wields an orbal pistol and employs orbal arts, specializing in long-range attacks and Mirage-element arts to weaken enemies from a distance, avoiding frontline engagement. Key abilities include "Howling Bullet," "Silver Star," and "Zero Shot." His orbment configuration, featuring Mirage slots combined with Neutral slots, grants access to the broadest spectrum of arts in the series, including unique capabilities like the "Saint" art, establishing him as a versatile arts user.

Familiar relationships include a respectful dynamic with Emperor Eugent III, a close bond with half-sister Princess Alfin due to shared traits, and a protective, encouraging attitude toward younger half-brother Prince Cedric, who initially admires him. He maintains a complex rapport with Osborne, acknowledging shared beliefs in reforming Erebonia's class system while fundamentally opposing the chancellor's methods.

He transitions between two primary appearances: as Olivier Lenheim, wearing a white coat with blue accents, a red scarf, green pants, boots, and long, unbound blonde hair; as Prince Olivert, with hair tied in a ponytail, donning a red coat with gold epaulets, a white scarf, a blue tunic, white pants, and knee-high boots. He is consistently depicted carrying an orbal pistol and/or a red rose.

His arc spans multiple conflicts, from involvement in Liberl's coup and calamity to orchestrating countermeasures against Erebonia's internal strife. He evolves from an undercover observer to an active political figure striving for national pride through accomplishments rather than conquests, seeking diplomatic solutions over military dominance.
