Description
Mercury Charsiuman trained as the senior disciple under Victory Ramenman in Chojin Kenpo, consistently outmatching and harassing his junior. His violent and egotistical nature, however, caused the succession and the honor of inheriting the Touryuu Gokui Sho to pass him over, falling instead to Ramenman. This rejection drove him to flee the dojo.

Branded as the martial artist who failed to obtain the Dragon Scroll, he found himself rejected by every dojo in the land. This isolation deepened his resentment, twisting him into a villain who targeted and killed renowned martial artists. He took Yin-Jiao and Jin-Jiao as his students and enforcers. Seizing control of a village, he enslaved its inhabitants through imprisonment or forced labor, using his Freezing Petrification technique to turn villagers into irreversible stone statues after several days.

Learning of Victory Ramenman's nearby presence, Charsiuman commanded Yin-Jiao and Jin-Jiao to steal the Dragon Scroll; they secured only half. He then confronted Ramenman directly, demanding the full scroll through a duel. During their battle, he unleashed his Stone Sentinel Maze technique, conjuring illusions with physically harmful effects like fire and storms. Ramenman initially refused to fight, adhering to teachings against harming a fellow student. In retaliation, Charsiuman kidnapped and tortured Ramenman's companion, Shumai, to force the confrontation.

When Ramenman arrived, he revealed the half-scroll Charsiuman possessed was blank, its true contents only revealed to the chosen successor. Despite this, their fight continued, culminating in Charsiuman's defeat by Ramenman's Moudatsu Houkai Ken. Though seemingly killed in the clash, he later resurfaced to compete in Emperor Wan's Tournament, where Dokuroken Gundam defeated him.

His known techniques include Senjuu Kujaku Ken (Thousand Hand Peacock Fist), Jinseki Fuusa (Human Stone Encasement), Sekihei Hachijin (Stone Sentinel Maze), and Nikusaki Hibyou (Meat Scraping Flying Claw). Following his tournament loss, he made few subsequent appearances.
