Tamamo appears in the OVA "Zoku Koihime" as a new character. She lives with the protagonist Musashi's grandmother and arrives when Musashi returns to his village, suffering from amnesia that erased his memories of his actual childhood companions, the four princesses. Tamamo claims to be one of Musashi's forgotten childhood friends and actively tries to trigger his memory recovery by emphasizing their shared past. She lures him through a distinctive scent at night and engages in sexual activity with him. These actions are later revealed as part of a deceptive scheme orchestrated by her father, Enra, to manipulate Musashi for a revenge plot against the village leader. This deception defines her core role.

This character is not connected to the mythological figure Tamamo-no-Mae, nor is she linked to other iterations of the "Koihime" franchise beyond this OVA.
