Later, in the Alicein Arc, Otogiri infiltrates the Alicein mansion disguised as a maid. She deploys a puppet replica of Lily to sabotage the bond between Lily and his Eve, Misono Alicein. This puppet conceals items from Misono, provoking his distress and causing him to flee. Otogiri then intercepts the real Lily, reveals her identity, and engages the mansion staff in combat. She binds Mitsuki and Dodo together, coercing Dodo into holding a knife to Mitsuki's throat. Subsequently, she directs the puppet Lily to stab Dodo and then the real Lily from behind, successfully destroying their pocket watch contract item and severing their bond. After escaping to the roof, she briefly allows Mahiru to speak with Tsubaki via phone before departing.
