Ramen Tenshi appears as a small, child-like winged angel adorned with a blue hat and uniform. He dedicates himself to preparing and serving ramen to those in need. Traveling aboard a large floating bowl, he carries a smaller bowl, switching between them to serve customers of different sizes. His story began in the book "Anpanman and Ramen-angel," published in April 1983. He entered the anime world with his debut episode, sharing the same title, which aired on October 31, 1988. A dedicated illustrated book about him, crafted by Takashi Yanase, followed in July 2013.
