Hiromi Nakamura is a Japanese voice actor born on December 1, 1962, in Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce.

Nakamura is perhaps best known for her long-standing and prolific association with the enduringly popular anime series Soreike! Anpanman (Go! Anpanman). In this franchise, she is the voice of the character Usako, a role she has performed for decades across numerous theatrical releases. Her filmography as Usako is extensive and includes titles such as Soreike! Anpanman: Niji no Pyramid (The Rainbow Pyramid), Soreike! Anpanman: Yūreisen o Yattsukero!! (Get the Ghost Ship!!), Soreike! Anpanman: Yōsei Rinrin no Himitsu (The Secret of Fairy Rinrin), and Soreike! Anpanman: Tobe! Tobe! Chibigon (Fly! Fly! Chibigon). She has continued to voice the character in the series into the 2020s, with credits including the 2021 film Soreike! Anpanman: Fuwafuwa Fuwari to Kumo no Kuni.
