His appearance is striking: a muscular frame, violet or dark purple pompadour hair, and red skin. He perpetually wears sunglasses and a flamboyant open white suit echoing Elvis Presley's stage wear, complete with pointy ears and uniquely curled hairy nipples mirroring the horns atop his head. His speech is punctuated by frequent verbal tics, most notably the exclamation "Baby!".

Helvis's true identity is Cain, biblically known as humanity's first murderer. In this narrative, he sealed away his brother Abel's madness to halt its destructive influence, establishing the underworld's core conflict. As hell's strongest demon, he wields immense power and employs ruthless or underhanded tactics to maintain control over the academy against opposition from a plotting student council.
