Displaced from Gotham City to feudal Japan, Two-Face emerged as a powerful warlord. He seized territory and commanded an army of Ashigaru samurai soldiers, operating from a distinctive mechanical castle that reflected his strategic influence within the chaotic landscape.

Physically, he retained his iconic duality obsession, adapted through a samurai-inspired redesign. His attire featured asymmetrical armor and clothing meticulously divided into two contrasting sides. One side displayed ornate, traditional Japanese patterns and textures, symbolizing order. The other exhibited disarray, damage, or darker elements, mirroring his scarred visage and fractured psyche. This visual juxtaposition in materials, colors, and armor structure emphasized his internal conflict.

Initially, he aligned with other Gotham villains turned warlords—Joker, Penguin, Poison Ivy, and Deathstroke—participating in their collective domination. His reliance on chance persisted, decisions dictated by his signature double-headed coin flip. During the climactic conflict, he betrayed the group, forming a temporary alliance with Gorilla Grodd. This partnership integrated his castle into Grodd's plan to merge all warlord fortresses into the colossal battle robot "Lord Joker," intended to annihilate Batman and his allies.

His role culminated in the final battle at the "Field of Hell," where the combined villain forces clashed with Batman's faction. After Grodd's takeover of the merged castle robot and subsequent overthrow by the Joker, Two-Face was defeated alongside the other warlords. In the aftermath, he was returned to the present day alongside the other displaced villains and taken into custody by authorities.
