Poison Ivy was transported to feudal Japan alongside other Gotham City villains. She embraced the pristine, pollution-free setting, finding it aligned with her affinity for nature. Poison Ivy engaged in a prolonged stalemate with Penguin, their conflict spanning two years as their castles clashed in battles. Gorilla Grodd intervened by hurling Two-Face's castle onto their battling factions, crashing down upon them and neutralizing both. Grodd then used mind control technology to subjugate Poison Ivy and other villains, forcing them to build his consolidated castle. After breaking free from Grodd's mental control, Poison Ivy confronted Robin but was ultimately defeated by him. When the Arkham castle returned to the present, Poison Ivy was among the villains delivered to Jim Gordon.
