Description
Aimi Yoshizumi forms half of the aspiring comedy duo Love Pheromone with her partner Kaoruko Sasajima. Dreaming of Broadway fame but hindered by obscurity and financial strain, they juggle part-time jobs to survive. To boost their profile, they operate secretly as the superheroine team Love Pheromone, actively fighting villains. Their battles consistently cause massive collateral damage, destroying buildings and infrastructure. This reputation-destroying destruction leads the public to mistakenly brand them as villains.
Physically flat-chested, Aimi harbors deep insecurity and envy over Kaoruko's larger bust and greater popularity, frequently groping her partner. Her personality embodies the "Red Oni" archetype: impulsive, quick-tempered, and prone to violent outbursts, especially if mocked about her appearance. She also possesses a notably large appetite, consuming vast quantities of food daily.
As a superheroine, Aimi employs a specialized power suit and pilots a colossal mecha armed with heavy weaponry. Her signature "Macross Missile Massacre" technique unleashes barrages of projectiles. She rigidly follows heroic tropes, including delivering an "In the Name of the Moon" speech pre-battle. Her approach borders on Knight Templar extremism, justifying immense property destruction with the motto: "Anything can be done in the name of justice!" Their manager, Tomokazu Seki, secures their part-time work and occasionally adopts his own superhero persona, Sekiman, as an affectionate Kamen Rider parody.
Their base features an unconventional transformation entry: a slide accessed via a toilet flusher transports them to the mecha docking bay. Despite heroic intentions, their actions culminate in an apocalyptic finale. While thwarting an alien ant empire invasion, they accidentally trigger a self-destruct mechanism that annihilates the invaders but sends wreckage crashing into major global cities. This final catastrophe permanently cements their public image as destructive forces.
