Jozo is a small, young fire dragon child with multicolored hair and black eyes. He resides in a circus alongside his human companion, Meena, who works there. As an exceptionally rare species within the fantasy world of Vision, he becomes a target for exploitation.

The Wildlers plot to capture him due to his rarity. Meena initially agrees to hand Jozo over, believing they only want him as a pet. She rescinds her agreement upon learning their true intent is to kill and stuff him. Jozo is subsequently kidnapped, leading to the false implication of Wataru Mitani in the abduction. This forces Wataru to pursue the kidnappers to clear his name.

Jozo exhibits a playful and affectionate nature, thriving among his newfound friends. Despite his small size and limited physical capabilities, he actively assists them when possible. He possesses the ability to spew fire, though his youth and small size restrict its effectiveness.

His presence sparks Wataru's early conflict and quest for justice within Vision.
