Koruri serves as a supporting character in the OVA "Shin Ruriiro no Yuki." She first appears when Syaoran, Sakura, and Mokona reach the Country of Birdcages after separating from Kurogane and Fai. Koruri guides them to Princess Tomoyo, who reveals her uncle the king’s oppressive rule. When the king’s forces abduct Princess Tomoyo and Mokona, Koruri aids Syaoran, Sakura, and the commander in infiltrating the king’s castle for a rescue. She actively participates in halting the king and confronting the giant bird Dodo, ascending the castle with the group to directly challenge the king. After his defeat and Sakura’s feather recovery, Koruri accompanies the group as they seek Dimensional Witch Yuko Ichihara’s help to free the country from darkness.
