Description
Jūto Iruma, also known by his MC name 45 Rabbit, is a character representing the Yokohama Division as a member of the rap group MAD TRIGGER CREW. He is an active-duty police officer, holding the rank of sergeant in the Organized Crime Unit of the Yokohama Police Department. Jūto is notable for his complex moral standing; while he is an agent of the law, he is also deeply entrenched in the underworld, performing acts such as assault, bribery, and extortion, which has led to him being labeled a "dirty cop" or "vicious police officer".

The foundation of Jūto's character lies in a profound personal tragedy. He became a police officer with the specific goal of eradicating illegal drugs. This drive originates from his childhood, when his parents, described as good and honest people, were killed in a car accident caused by a driver under the influence of drugs. His resolve was further hardened after he joined the force, witnessing his own mentor and partner, a model cop, succumb to addiction and die from an overdose. These events fostered an intense hatred for drugs and a determination to combat them by any means necessary, leading him to abandon conventional policing methods for harsher, often illegal tactics.

On the surface, Jūto presents a calm, gentlemanly, and well-mannered demeanor, often using polite and formal speech. He is a calculating, rational, and highly intellectual individual who prefers to plan ahead and manipulate situations to his advantage. Despite his polished exterior, he can have a short temper, becomes easily exasperated, and speaks with raw, aggressive, and rude language when rapping, revealing a more authentic and frustrated side of his personality. He has a natural instinct for taking care of others, often acting as the mediator and problem-solver for his crew, frequently having to manage the impulsive behavior of his teammate Samatoki Aohitsugi. He also struggles to refuse meals prepared by fellow member Rio Mason Busujima, despite finding his "survival cooking" concerning.

Within the story, Jūto serves as a key member of MAD TRIGGER CREW, which represents Yokohama. He was the one who initially suggested recruiting Rio to join him and Samatoki. His primary motivation is his vendetta against drugs, and he utilizes his position and illicit connections to pursue this goal, believing that getting his hands dirty is a necessary evil for a greater cause. He maintains a mutually beneficial, symbiotic relationship with Samatoki, who is affiliated with the yakuza group Katen. His role also extends to observing and commenting on younger characters, such as the Buster Bros!!! from Ikebukuro, showing a critical yet somewhat nurturing interest in their potential.

Jūto Iruma is physically described as standing 181cm tall with brown hair that is partially slicked back, green eyes, and thin rectangular glasses. He is left-handed. His typical attire consists of a black suit with a grey shirt, a black tie, and notably, red gloves. In battle, his Hypnosis Mic takes the form of a black police radio, and his speakers resemble red and black sirens. His specific Hypnosis Ability is called Prison, which allows him to immobilize his opponent by trapping them in a cage.
