Description
Senya originates as the son of Jinun, a dragon demon leading the Dangaishu. Created through Yazen's experimentation, he became a human vessel forcibly implanted with 1,000 demons, earning him the title "The Jewel of Thousand Wonders." His early life was marked by a near-emotionless demeanor and strict obedience to Jinun's commands as a demon hunter, though a simple toy once sparked a rare flicker of emotion hinting at deprivation.
Sealed alongside Jinun after confronting the Mountain God, Senya awoke years later with complete amnesia. Found by Shinsuke Hyoudou, he formed an unlikely partnership. During this time, an attack by a berserk local god indirectly caused the death of Tsukiko's father. Later, his accidental killing of innocent humans after losing control of his demonic powers instilled profound self-loathing and a deep fear of his own monstrous nature. Though Tsukiko traveled with him and Shinsuke without holding a grudge, Senya vowed pacifism to prevent further harm.
His journey focused on seeking humanity to rid himself of the internal demons. Traveling with Tsukiko, Shinsuke, and their guardian Nau, he reluctantly trained under Shinsuke. Gradually regaining his memories, he confronted and rejected his Dangaishu past. His inner turmoil manifested as an "Enemy Within" – a monstrous embodiment of his guilt over Tsukiko's father and fear of losing control, especially fearing happiness that threatened to purge it. This entity briefly corrupted him until Tsukiko's confession of love restored his sanity.
Facing escalating threats from Jinka Yamato, the Thousand-Tailed Fox God, and the Tribe of the Void, Senya recognized his power was necessary for protection. He learned to harness the abilities of the 1,000 demons within, developing techniques like *Senki Yakou* (Thousand Demon Night Guild), firing energy arrows, and *Senju Kannon*, manifesting multiple arms. He mastered spiritual abilities including *Spiritual Interference* (entering others' mental worlds) and wielding Yoshiteru's Soul Sword, capable of cutting spiritual dimensions. He inherited the Tiger demon (Jiyaki) powers from Douren, utilizing the *Tiger Soul Heaven Earth Fist*, and the Dragon demon (Nadare) powers from Jinun, using the *Dragon Soul Heaven Earth Kick*. He also wielded the Reflecting Gourd, which absorbs living beings into another dimension.
Senya's power evolved from Mountain level as a child to potentially Multi-Continent level or higher after fully awakening and integrating the Tiger and Dragon's power. During the final battle against Jinka Yamato, he achieved an Enlightenment Superpower, embracing the belief he could save everyone, allowing him to rival Jinka. He participated with Shinsuke in casting a powerful concealment spell over Kyoto to protect its inhabitants.
After defeating major threats, Senya stayed with Tsukiko, acknowledging her role in his healing. They had children and grandchildren. He fulfilled a promise to return Nau to Nau's restored marshland domain. As a human, Tsukiko eventually died of old age. Senya, possessing longevity potentially spanning millennia, outlived his human companions, including Shinsuke and Shakugan. He spent centuries wandering Japan alone, occasionally visiting allies like Mudou and Setsu for tea or board games. He acted benevolently, helping villages and combating evil alongside Jinka and Mudou. His actions fostered a legend of a benign white-haired deity, the White God. He carried the warmth and memories of those who healed him throughout his long existence, embodying the deity he became while retaining his journey-forged empathy.
