Izuna Ajishiro serves as a bodyguard and agent for Lisa Kuraki, also known as Clarissa, a mediator operating in Shinjuku. She works as a waitress and escort at Youtoukorou, a bar functioning as a front for an illegal freelance agency. Her appearance features rust-colored wavy hair typically styled in two tails. Izuna became acquainted with Lisa Kuraki at an unspecified point in the past. Alongside Koryūto Ichinose, she assumed the roles of Lisa's bodyguard and lover, forming a polyamorous relationship involving Clarissa and Koryūto, depicted during moments like sharing wine. Following the failed assassination attempt on Polka Shinoyama that resulted in Misaki Sakimiya's death, Izuna accompanied Clarissa and other Youtoukorou members to the Torture Building to retrieve Misaki's contract and avenge her. They discovered Misaki's body with a massive torso wound and Polka nearby, alive despite a throat injury. Izuna aimed her weapon at Polka during the standoff, maintaining this stance even as Polka claimed he could resurrect Misaki using magic. The confrontation paused when police sirens signaled a fire at the Shakuzawa Building, leading to a temporary truce. After Polka rescued children from the fire and revived Misaki as a zombie, Izuna and Koryūto playfully examined the revived Misaki; Izuna poked and dangled her by the legs. Later, during the Lemmings Incident, Izuna and Koryūto appeared in their waitress uniforms at Youtoukorou when Tsubaki Iwanome arrived to question Clarissa. Privately, Izuna expressed concern to Koryūto about the risks of Tsubaki's investigation and suggested warning Polka and Misaki to exercise caution. When Polka and Misaki entered the bar, Izuna noted their poor timing. She attempted to reach for her katana hidden behind the bar upon Lemmings' appearance, but Lisa prevented her from drawing the weapon due to the presence of police officers. After the conflict between Lemmings and Corpse God concluded without resolution for the police, Izuna joined other Youtoukorou staff in seeing Tsubaki and Arase out. Izuna is characterized as carefree in demeanor while fulfilling her bodyguard duties. She wields a katana as her primary weapon and operates with a pragmatic approach to threats, ready to engage in combat when necessary but deferring to Lisa's authority in complex situations.
