Description
Minato Wataya is a 23-year-old delivery person for Mikeneko Express, assigned to a route covering Tsuge's neighborhood. Born September 15, he sports dyed light blonde hair, a slight baby face, and brown eyes, often accessorized with earrings. He typically wears his bright blue work shirt and black cap on duty, favoring casual and fashionable styles off the clock.

A recent college graduate, Minato was an active dance club member alongside his friend Yuuta Rokkaku. He continues practicing with ambitions of becoming a professional dancer. Though naturally social with many friends and described by Tsuge as a "paripi" (party person), he maintains an approachable demeanor without excessive confidence.

Minato's connection to Tsuge's cat, Udon, is pivotal. He first encountered Udon as a stray in a park and sparked a bond, though he couldn't adopt the cat himself. After Tsuge took Udon in, Minato began delivering specialized food and toys for the cat during his work rounds. This shared affection for Udon forms the foundation of his evolving relationship with Tsuge, initially marked by Minato's wariness toward the man.

His delivery role grants frequent access to Tsuge's residence, a perk Minato values for visiting Udon. These ongoing deliveries and shared care for the cat gradually transform his service-based interactions with Tsuge into a deeper, personal relationship centered around their mutual concern for Udon.
