He possesses shoulder-length blonde hair—a result of a special seed implantation—and striking purple eyes accentuated by a beauty mark under his right eye. With a lean build, he stands among the tallest idols in his series.

Chise carries himself with a free-spirited and unique nature, often marching to the beat of his own drum. Originally named Shorai Chitose, he was once a shy, introverted child bullied for a large scar and his synesthesia, which made him “see” and “taste” the emotions of others. An operation implanting a special “seed” as part of an idol project transformed him: his scar vanished, his black hair turned blonde like his mother’s, and his personality shifted. He adopted the name Chise, declaring that the person who emerged was someone new.

A deep-seated guilt defines his past, centered on his older brother, who was adopted in his place. Chise long felt responsible for his brother’s unhappiness and always wished for his happiness. It was later revealed that Lihito, his fellow Anthos* member, is that brother.
