Description
Futaba Takemoto hails from Hakui, Ishikawa Prefecture. Defying her father, she moves to Tokyo to join the pro-invader organization SHIP, aligning herself with the "peacesquid" movement advocating for alien invader safety and rights.

In Tokyo, she attends university with Kadode Koyama, Ouran Nakagawa, and their circle. During orientation, she forges an instant connection with Kadode over their mutual love for the "Isobeyan" manga, integrating into the group alongside fellow Hakui student Makoto Tainuma.

Her SHIP involvement becomes central. Initially hopeful to learn about the invaders, Futaba grows disillusioned as the group's leader embraces extreme tactics. Her concerns peak when tasked with delivering a suspected bomb package, later revealed as pamphlets. The crisis escalates when the leader sends her a gun for a political assassination, forcing a stark choice between obedience and self-preservation.

Faced with this impossible situation, Futaba abandons Tokyo entirely, citing a planned vacation. This departure places her outside the blast radius when the catastrophic alien mothership explosion devastates the city.

Physically, she possesses distinctive pink blush marks on her cheeks, an oval-shaped nose, black hair, and brown eyes, consistent across depictions.
