Description
Nagase Ichijō is a 12-year-old first-year middle school student, standing 154 cm tall with green eyes and light green bobbed hair. Her typical civilian outfit is a loose cropped yellow-green long-sleeve shirt paired with blue overalls, consistently worn with one strap fastened and the other hanging loose. She transforms into Princess Meteor, her hair shifting to vivid lime green with darker highlights, gaining a spiky side pigtail and a long thin ponytail. Her Princess Meteor costume includes a yellow-green bodysuit with white bloomers, detached lime green sleeves featuring large white puffs, a yellow-gold-green striped sash tied in a large bow at the back, and indigo boots with lighter garters.

Personality-wise, Nagase is lively, cheerful, and highly intuitive, acting on gut feelings rather than careful planning; this impulsiveness often leads to hasty decisions. She excels at quickly befriending anyone but struggles with acting too rashly. She lives with her parents and two pet cats, enjoys manga, anime, video games, and trendy foods, and excels in technology-related subjects at school.

Nagase first encountered the magical realm of Alicepia as a promising new recruit. Initially doubting her worthiness after witnessing Princesses Ripple and Zeal battle Jammerwocks, her own Song fragment awakened during an attack targeting her fan Aiko Nezu's Musessence. This triggered her first transformation into Princess Meteor in Episode 5. Her debut battle involved confronting the antagonist Drun and an upgraded pawn-type Jammerwock. Nearly succumbing to electrocution, she instinctively unleashed her signature attack, Meteor Asteroid Shower – an aerial overhead kick releasing countless shooting star energy projectiles. Throughout subsequent missions, she learned to harness her powers more effectively. She later received six glowing sticks as enhanced transformation items to combat stronger foes like Bishop-type Jammerwocks.

Character development shows her evolving from a self-doubting newcomer to a determined protector, proposing the formation of a musical trio with fellow Princesses to amplify their collective Musessence. She looks up to senior Princess Minamo Sorano, bonds with Kagari Shirube, and maintains a devoted fan dynamic with Aiko Nezu. Key personal motifs include her catchphrase "Life is a shooting star!" and an image color of neon yellow symbolizing her vibrant presence.
