Description
Tsukasa Tenma attends Kamiyama High School as a third-year in class 3-C and leads Wonderlands x Showtime as its self-proclaimed future "world future star." His childhood was shadowed by worry for his chronically ill younger sister, Saki. Hoping for her recovery and their reunion, he would repeatedly play "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" on the piano during this time. Witnessing a performance by his favorite theater troupe ignited his dream to become a star who brings smiles worldwide. This aspiration initially bloomed from a desire to make Saki and their parents happy, though he later forgot this motivation, focusing instead on achieving fame and recognition.

He possesses distinctive orange-yellow eyes and short, scruffy blonde hair ending in peach tips. His signature confident smile complements a firm and expressive voice. Casually, he wears a long blue button-up shirt under a coat featuring a fish embroidered on the left lapel, paired with black pants. His school uniform consists of a white long-sleeved shirt with a pale blue collar and cuffs under a blue sweater vest bearing the same fish embroidery, along with brown slacks. For performances, one unit outfit is a high-collar white coat with blue accents, a blue-and-yellow half-skirt, black pants, and knee-high boots. A second unit outfit features a black button-up with a white tie, an orange-and-yellow striped vest, white pants, tall black-and-blue boots, and a long white coat detailed with orange.

Tsukasa radiates charisma and confidence, often engaging in showmanship and becoming easily swept up in excitement. Despite his eccentric and loud demeanor, he demonstrates reliability and responsibility, prioritizing diligence in his pursuits. He harbors deep care for Saki, frequently worrying about her health and overextending himself to protect her friendships, sometimes neglecting his own well-being. His initial self-absorbed focus on fame caused interpersonal conflicts, like blaming fellow troupe member Nene for a failed performance, drawing criticism from Rui. Through interactions with Virtual Singers Miku and KAITO, he rediscovers his original motivation: bringing joy to others, especially his family.

His relationships are multifaceted. Within Wonderlands x Showtime, he shares dynamic partnerships: Emu Otori, initially perceived as eccentric, becomes a close friend united by their goal of reviving the Wonder Stage at Phoenix Wonderland; Nene Kusanagi, whom he respects as the troupe's diva despite mutual exasperation over Emu and Rui's antics; and Rui Kamishiro, a classmate he admires for creativity while acknowledging unconventional methods, leading to their "Weirdo Wombo Combo" reputation. Outside the troupe, he maintains a protective yet occasionally overbearing bond with Saki, often embarrassing her with his exuberance. His childhood friendship with Aoyagi Toya is significant, as Toya views Tsukasa as a "savior" for encouraging him to pursue personal passions. Tsukasa considers Toya a sibling-like figure, dubbing him his "#2 fan" after Saki.

During the movie events, Tsukasa and Wonderlands x Showtime aid a mysterious Miku from a desolate Sekai born of collective despair. After this Miku fails to connect with disillusioned individuals and her Sekai collapses, triggering a nationwide blackout and the disappearance of all Miku manifestations, Tsukasa's troupe joins other musical units in creating new songs to reignite hope. Wonderlands x Showtime performs "Smile*Symphony" at their theme park venue, playing a crucial role in revitalizing the broken Sekai. Their efforts, alongside other units, enable Miku to finally reach those in need through her completed song "Hello, SEKAI." In a pivotal scene involving a malfunctioning robot during a New Year's show, Tsukasa urgently requests musical assistance from the audience, leading to an improvisational piano performance by Yoisaki Kanade, whose melody profoundly impacts him.

Tsukasa's name carries symbolic meaning: "Tenma" (天馬) translates to "Pegasus," with "Ten" (天) meaning "heaven/sky" and "Ma" (馬) meaning "horse," while "Tsukasa" (司) signifies "director" or "ruler," reflecting his leadership role and aspirational identity.
