Daisuke Hirose is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor born on June 3, 1991, in Tokyo, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Kekke Corporation.
Hirose began his entertainment career in 2009 after joining the agency Main Cast Corporation. He made his professional debut in 2010 as a stage actor, appearing in a musical production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. For the first several years of his career, he focused primarily on theatre, building a foundation in musicals and stage plays. His stage credits from this period include prominent roles such as Okita Sōji in the Hakuōki stage plays, the Kisarazu brothers in The Prince of Tennis musical, and England in the Hetalia musical series. In 2011, he also debuted as a singer with the release of a single and a mini-album.
Hirose expanded into voice acting in 2012, landing his first anime role as Kaneda in the series Lychee Light Club. However, his first major leading role in anime came in 2017 when he was cast as Leonhard von Granzreich, one of the four princes, in The Royal Tutor. This role helped establish him within the anime industry.
His voice acting filmography includes a variety of characters across anime, games, and other media. He voices Misumi Ikaruga in the A3! franchise, appearing in both the Season Spring & Summer and Season Autumn & Winter anime adaptations. In the sports anime RE-MAIN, he plays the role of Yoshiharu Ushimado, a withdrawn student who joins his school's water polo team. He is also the voice of Hinata Tatsunami in the soccer series Shoot! Goal to the Future. In the series A Hot Night With My Boss in a Capsule Hotel, he voices the character Kei Sugawara. More recently, he took on dual roles as Ichi and Taichirō Arima in the 2023 Netflix anime Good Night World. He is also known for voicing Tsukasa Tenma in the popular game and multimedia franchise Project SEKAI, a role that also led to his participation in the 2025 animated film COLORFUL STAGE!
