Description
Feilong Liu leads the Baishe, a Hong Kong triad and drug syndicate. Born in Hong Kong, he grew up as the adopted son of the Liu triad leader alongside the man's biological son, Yantzu. Unaware of his adoption, young Feilong craved his adoptive father's approval while suffering Yantzu's systematic bullying and eventual sexual harassment. This forged a deep loyalty to the family structure alongside profound vulnerabilities.

Tall and slender with fair skin, Feilong possesses long black hair extending past his back—a feature his adoptive father insisted he maintain, later regrown after imprisonment—and brown eyes with prominent lashes. He typically wears opulent traditional Chinese clothing, occasionally suits, managed by his personal attendant, Tao.

Rigorous youth training in martial arts (Wushu, Kung-Fu) and weapons (guns, knives) honed Feilong into an assassin for his adoptive father. Triad codes shaped his worldview: loyalty, ruthlessness towards enemies, and gentleness towards cherished individuals like family and servants. This defined his duality—obedient and caring within his circle, predictably violent enforcing mafia rules.

A pivotal shift occurred seven years before the main story during the "Flower in the High Loft" arc. Ordered by Yantzu to kill Japanese businessman Asami Ryuuichi in Hong Kong, Feilong failed. Yantzu sexually assaulted him, prompting Feilong to flee. During this time, Feilong developed a connection with Asami, who showed him unexpected kindness. This trust shattered during a confrontation involving Feilong's biological father, Toh—a politician employing Asami as a fixer. Toh shot Feilong after Asami intervened; Asami then killed Toh. Exploiting prior manipulations and the chaotic aftermath (including the deaths of both Liu and Yantzu), Feilong mistakenly believed Asami killed his adoptive family and betrayed him. Hospitalized and imprisoned, Feilong emerged hardened, assumed leadership of the Liu organization, and vowed revenge against Asami.

As leader, Feilong consolidated power ruthlessly through assassination, manipulation, and strategic violence. His grudge drove him to target Asami's lover, photographer Akihito Takaba, kidnapping and raping him as both a tactical move and act of vengeance. He viewed Takaba solely as a tool to hurt Asami, reflecting his colder, vindictive post-imprisonment demeanor. Yet he retained protectiveness, notably towards servant Tao—an orphan he rescued, considered family, and strives to shield from triad life. Tao manages Feilong's personal needs and sacred possessions like a casino deed key, symbolizing Feilong's lingering trust in select individuals.

Feilong's relationships highlight contradictions. Interactions with Russian mafia leader Mikhail Arbatov reveal a "softer side," partly due to shared histories of familial abuse. His dynamic with Asami remains defined by mutual destruction and unresolved tension, Feilong persistently sabotaging Asami's operations and refusing to acknowledge evidence contradicting his belief in Asami's betrayal. A bullet scar on his left chest serves as a physical reminder.

Personal details include a February 1 birthday, age 28, blood type AB, height 179 cm, weight 63 kg. His hobbies are reading and collecting antique books. He favors stir-fried dishes with oyster sauce, avoids alcohol due to low tolerance, and lacks a driver's license. His name Feilong means "flying dragon," his surname Liu means "kill/destroy," encapsulating his lethal elegance and role.
