Description
Jack Chi emerges from the "Perfect Origin Arc" as a fictional warrior whose very name—derived from the Japanese "jaguchi" (faucet)—mirrors his integrated hydraulic design. Alternative fan interpretations occasionally label him "Jack Tea." He operates within the Perfect Large Numbers faction, a group of Perfect Chojin enforcing a brutal doctrine: defeat demands death to preserve their perceived flawlessness. Their creed prioritizes absolute self-reliance and the elimination of imperfection, principles Jack Chi embodies with unwavering loyalty.

His physique merges humanoid form with industrial faucet elements. Faucet structures encase sections of his arms, shoulders, and chest, while a helmet obscures his face save for his nose and mouth. He wears pants and leaves his abdomen exposed.

In combat, Jack Chi exhibits calculated sadism. He taunts foes and employs psychological manipulation, relishing prolonged agony through methods like spraying boiling water. Yet he adheres to a twisted honor code, exemplified by his fatal adherence to Perfect Chojin rules after defeat and his warning to bystanders during his demise.

His hydraulic abilities define his combat style:
- **Boiling Shot**: Scalding water jets fired from wrist faucets, inflicting severe burns or enabling propulsion.
- **Dowsing Eye**: Detects concealed enemies or underground water reserves.
- **Double Boiling Shot**: Simultaneous boiling water discharge from both wrists.
- **Dowsing Drill**: Arm transforms into a drill for tunneling and water location.
- **Coolant Shot**: Releases pressurized bursts of chilled water.
- **"Perfect Flow" Faucet Crusher**: Uses Boiling Shot propulsion to execute a modified Death Valley Driver.

His pivotal conflict unfolds during the Perfect Chojin invasion against Devil Chojin Black Hole. To neutralize Black Hole’s shadow-based evasion, Jack Chi engineers a steam geyser to block sunlight and nullify shadows. He dominates through physical assaults and psychological torment until Black Hole transforms into Pentagon. Pentagon’s Angel Wing Claws scorch Jack Chi’s face, followed by techniques like Space Shuttle and Space Falcon overpowering him. After Pentagon reverts to Black Hole, the impact renders Jack Chi unconscious, marking his defeat via the "Four Dimension Kill." Honoring his faction’s code, he commits suicide by standing atop the geyser, allowing pressurized water and steam to fatally rupture his body. This battle remains his sole documented engagement.
