Description
Administrator D is a supreme deity overseeing the universal cycle of reincarnation as Manager of the Underworld. Existing since the universe's inception and destined to endure until its end, she adopted the human alias Hiiro Wakaba—an unassuming, bullied high school student—to evade her duties. A dimensional attack from a past Hero and Demon Lord targeting her caused an explosion that annihilated her class. She harvested their souls, equipped them with the "n% I = W" skill for regenerative leveling, and reincarnated them into a fantasy world aligned with their souls' wavelengths. To conceal her survival from divine notice, she implanted Wakaba's memories into a common classroom spider, birthing the entity Kumoko/Shiraori as a decoy.

Eons prior, the dragon god Güliedistodiez sought her aid for a dying planet. D created the System: a planetary-scale conjuring trapping souls in an endless reincarnation cycle, harvesting energy from their skill development to slowly restore the world. Though capable of instant healing, she designed the System as a torturously gradual process for her amusement. She appointed Güliedistodiez and the angel Sariel as fellow Administrators but delegated most duties to them, intervening solely for her entertainment. The System now teeters toward collapse, threatening annihilation for all connected souls.

D embodies emotional detachment and sadism, self-identifying as "malice incarnate." She acts primarily for diversion, relishing suffering—such as Kumoko's near-death trials in the Great Elroe Labyrinth. Speaking in monotone, she openly admits to toying with worlds and individuals. Despite a non-interference policy, she breaches it to spawn chaos or grant Kumoko minor advantages like the "Wisdom" skill or "Champion" title, ensuring struggles remain engaging for her observation.

Her powers establish her as the series' supreme entity. She manipulates space-time, resurrects instantly from fatal wounds (even against god-killing weapons), and alters souls—crafting custom skills for reincarnations. She controls the System absolutely, creating or modifying skills, titles, and artifacts (e.g., Hero and Demon Lord Swords) at will. Her enhanced physical stats exceed System limits (~150,000), though her true form is frail without conjuring. Additional abilities include dimensional travel, illusion crafting, and planetary destruction.

Relationships reflect her caprice:
- **Kumoko/Shiraori**: A plaything whose hardships D amplifies for amusement, yet occasionally aids to spur evolution. She crafted Kumoko's scythe—the sole weapon capable of "defeating" her—as a manipulative gambit.
- **Güliedistodiez**: An acquaintance burdened with System upkeep. He resents her interference but requires her authority.
- **Sariel**: Mutual animosity defines their dynamic; D despises angels as "muscle-heads," while Sariel instinctively opposes her.
- **Feirune**: Reincarnated as a dragon—a species D scorns—due to Fei bullying Wakaba in their past life.

D orchestrates events solely for diversion: engineering the reincarnations' conflicts, permitting the System's decay, and remaining neutral in the planet's salvation debate between Shiraori (system destruction) and Güliedistodiez (god sacrifices). Her inscrutable influence permeates every major event, underscoring her role as an omnipotent, enigmatic force.
