Description
Charlotte Arisaka Anderson is a 17-year-old half-Japanese, half-American with blonde hair frequently braided and blue or green eyes. She maintains a physically fit, athletic appearance, typically wearing a white dress top, maroon skirt, short white socks, black dress shoes, and a turquoise brooch necklace.

Born on October 10 to a strict military family with an American father and Japanese mother, both parents served in the military. Their disciplined approach led to her extensive combat training from childhood, fostering social isolation and distrust. Her family includes a deceased younger brother, Noah, and a distant relationship with her mother, Arisa Koemi, who was emotionally consumed by Noah's condition.

Initially sent as an assassin to eliminate Siesta, she lost their confrontation and subsequently idolized Siesta, calling her "Ma'am" while becoming her self-proclaimed apprentice. After Siesta's death, she works as an agent under Fūbi Kase, handling combat, espionage, and protection missions.

Her personality blends physical bravery with intellectual challenges. She excels in hand-to-hand combat, firearms, knives, driving, and tactical operations, ranking as her peers' strongest fighter. Yet she acknowledges weaknesses in strategic thinking and puzzle-solving, relying on others for deduction. Emotionally honest but conflicted, she clashes with Kimihiko Kimizuka while gradually trusting him. Her loyalty to Siesta drives her to undertake dangerous missions and protect Siesta's legacy.

Key developments include locating Siesta's inheritance aboard a cruise ship, where she bonds with Kimihiko despite initial hostility. Rescuing Kimihiko during a conflict with antagonist Chameleon, she admits reliance on him, citing Siesta's faith. She confronts family trauma by searching for her missing mother and reconciling past neglect tied to her brother's death. In a critical battle against Abel, she sustains near-fatal injuries but is saved by Kimihiko, who helps her process her mother's grief through a recovered family photo.

In the spin-off light novel "Charlotte wa Tada, Jiken wo Tokitai" (May 2024), set before reuniting with Kimihiko, she partners with Sharnelia—a girl sharing her nickname—to solve cases, addressing her deductive limitations through collaborative action.

Her character arc concludes with reduced field activity as global threats diminish. She shifts focus toward personal growth and unresolved family connections, solidifying her evolution from a lone assassin to a dedicated agent valuing teamwork.
