Description
Den-Den, a shop owner plagued by relentless financial ruin, faces ceaseless exploitation through calculated schemes like staged accidents and fraudulent injury claims. Forced to shutter his business, he pivots toward the perilous continent of Magmell, determined to reclaim prosperity. His journeys unravel catastrophically: a three-wheel bike’s sabotaged brakes send him careening into traffic, a grenade sinks his makeshift boat, and a tampered hang glider diverts him into the jaws of a colossal turtle monster. Undeterred, he launches audacious expeditions until a haphazard ride on a pig-transporting truck finally deposits him in Magmell.

Later, bandaged and hospitalized after a cutlery ambush, he endures mocking laughter from visitors—a recurring testament to his role as both victim and survivor. His merchant past, defined by cycles of manipulation and tenacious comebacks, fuels adversarial ties with those orchestrating his misfortunes. Physically marked by a mohawk, facial hair, and traditional merchant garb, Den-Den embodies resilience amid ceaselessly escalating trials, each failure compounding his desperation yet sharpening his resolve to outwit an unforgiving world.
