His journeys unravel catastrophically: a three-wheel bike’s sabotaged brakes send him careening into traffic, a grenade sinks his makeshift boat, and a tampered hang glider diverts him into the jaws of a colossal turtle monster. Undeterred, he launches audacious expeditions until a haphazard ride on a pig-transporting truck finally deposits him in Magmell.
