Rakko operates as a support member of the Trash motorcycle gang, frequently managing supply runs for the group. On one occasion, he arrives late to their rundown base carrying rope, explaining its necessity for restraining an escaping "Mr. Brewski." He promptly distributes beer to fellow members Dump, Cindy, Rayna, and Yui Takanaka, initiating a group toast with the command: "chug it!" His duties include delivering essential items like beer and cigarettes during gang gatherings at their base.

Rakko actively participates in Trash operations, including their support for Shogo Yahagi's mission to reach EVE. When military forces pursue the gang, he joins their frantic escape through city streets and subway tunnels. During this flight, Rakko is shot by a Flagger mecha while attempting to reload his weapon. He possesses multicolored hair and brown eyes.
