Dante leads the Hell's Wind biker gang through the post-apocalyptic wasteland of the Kanto region. A sadistic and heartless individual, he commands his followers to commit atrocities such as murder, torture, and sexual violence against innocent civilians. Though he frequently orders others to carry out these acts, Dante reveals his cowardice when faced with a significant threat, attempting to flee from Violence Jack.

His face is covered in bandages, possibly from a prior injury, and he typically wears a leather biker outfit. His motorcycle helmet bears a design resembling the demon from *Demon Lord Dante*, and his name and the helmet's imagery suggest a connection to that character, implying he may be the demon in human form.

In the narrative, Dante and his gang attack a jeep, murdering Tetsuya and brutally assaulting Jun. They later raid Hope Town, killing residents and abducting women, including a local teacher. During the confrontation, Violence Jack is initially overpowered and severely injured by Dante and his gang. After Jun is captured and tortured, Jack returns, dismantles the gang and confronts Dante directly.

Dante meets his end when Violence Jack slices his motorcycle in two, severing his legs. Jack then crushes Dante's skull underfoot. In the anime adaptation, Dante and his gang are ultimately revealed to be subordinates of the Slum King.
