She participates in the mission to rescue Nao Tomori and Kumagami after their abduction by a terrorist group, aiding Shunsuke in locating the captives. She later appears alongside Kumagami at a laboratory facility following Yuu Otosaka's successful rescue of his sister Ayumi.

According to official hidden settings not revealed in the anime narrative, Medoki secretly harbors feelings of love for Shunsuke Otosaka. Her name derives from the Japanese characters for "eye" (目) and "time" (時).
