Hel collaborates with Chameleon, another entity linked to the secret organization SPES. Their base operates from a small island located approximately 700 nautical miles away from the primary setting. A significant revelation exposes the character Alicia as Hel, confirming suspicions about her true identity. This disclosure occurs after Alicia is injured, hospitalized, subsequently disappears, and later confronts the protagonists at a church.
