Cynthia de Pando is a Mexican voice actor and locutor with over two decades of experience in the industry, known for her work in dubbing, animation, and commercial voice-over for major brands and networks. Her career began in Mexico, where she studied communication at the Universidad Iberoamericana and started in radio, eventually hosting her own show on Alfa 91.3 in Mexico City. She simultaneously built a career in dubbing, becoming a prominent voice for Disney Channel, where she was the recurring Spanish voice for actress Debby Ryan from 2008 to 2011, most notably as Bailey Pickett in the series Zack y Cody: Gemelos a bordo. Her voice work also included being the institutional voice for MTV Latin America for nine years and for the children's block of Canal 5 in Mexico. In the realm of anime, de Pando has contributed her voice to several series. She is the Spanish voice of the character Hel in the anime The Detective is Already Dead. Her other anime credits include roles in Pokémon: Diamante y Perla as the second voice of Candice and as Oralie, in Súper Once as Aki, and in Pretty Cure as Kyoko Mori and Seiko Taniguchi. In 2011, de Pando relocated to Vancouver, Canada.
