Lenny is a young girl and the daughter of the family that runs an inn in the Kingdom of Tils. Petite in stature, she has tawny brown hair arranged in double braids tied with yellow ribbons and lapis lazuli blue eyes. She typically wears a white bandana, a green dress, and a white apron.

Though still young, Lenny displays a sharp business sense and notable shrewdness, taking on substantial responsibilities in the operation of the inn. She forms a strong friendship with the hunter party Crimson Vow when they lodge at her family's establishment. Their presence draws many new patrons to the inn thanks to their adventures and promotions. When Crimson Vow moves to another inn with superior facilities, Lenny is deeply disappointed by the loss of the inn's primary attraction.

At ten years old, Lenny’s physical development is more advanced than that of some older members of Crimson Vow, a trait that becomes a point of casual observation.
