Description
Valkyrie, a princess of Valhalla in the Dolphin Constellation and eighth among royal siblings, escapes an arranged marriage only to crash-land on Earth, fatally injuring Kazuto Tokino. To save him, she shares half her soul, shrinking her body to that of an eight-year-old. This transformation reshapes her personality into a playful, energetic child prone to tantrums, though glimpses of her regal maturity surface occasionally. Restoring her adult form temporarily through a kiss with Kazuto reignites her wisdom, emotional insight, and celestial powers: flight, energy manipulation, and mastery of the Key of Time—an ancient artifact central to Valhalla’s legacy.

Her child self, affectionately dubbed "Val," grows fiercely attached to Kazuto, dubbing him "Kazie" and guarding him with childish jealousy. Despite her youthful antics, she shoulders responsibility, defending his bathhouse and confronting rival Valhallans like Princess Hydra. As their bond deepens into mutual romance and engagement, challenges arise from her shifting age and political schemes from her homeworld.

A collapsing celestial mural during wedding preparations fractures Valkyrie into two independent beings—adult and child—delaying their union. The adult Valkyrie later seeks reconciliation, apologizing to allies like Hydra for past chaos caused by her prolonged childhood.

The arrival of "Valkyrie Ghost," a doppelgänger mimicking her adult guise, strains her ties to Kazuto while unearthing Valhalla’s hidden past. This antagonist’s schemes force Valkyrie to grapple with her identity, even as the Key of Time’s power shifts exclusively to her adult form.

Her relationships anchor her growth: a steadfast friendship with Akina Nanamura, who harbors silent feelings for Kazuto; unwavering loyalty from her maid Sanada; and complex ties to Valhallan royals like the obsessive Laine and cryptic Chorus, cementing her role as a bridge between factions.

Choosing Earth as her home, Valkyrie navigates love, sovereignty, and interstellar intrigue, balancing dual existences—child and adult, alien and Earthling, princess and individual—with resilience. Her journey underscores an unyielding compassion and determination to forge her path amid colliding worlds.
